TRADE PROGRAM
TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Agreement reserves the right to set forth the Terms & Conditions for membership in the Handcraft’d Hippie Trade Program (“Program”). Handcraft’d Hippie (“HH”) may change the Program and its Terms & Conditions, without notice, from time to time at the sole discretion of HH. Continued use of membership constitutes agreement to the Program’s Terms & Conditions.

MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT
The Membership Discount is accepted online at handcraftdhippie.com in the US and Canada. Membership Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, and does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, as well as surcharges/shipping and processing fees or taxes. The Membership Discount is not redeemable for cash. HH reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Membership Discount as well as Membership Discount amount at its sole discretion at any time without notice.

ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP
Program is available to US-based interior designers, decorators, architects, real estate developers, investors, owners, purchasing agents, and members of Interior Design Certification/Major Design Organizations (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC, ASID, IIDA, AIA, APLD, ASLA, CID, IDS) or those with valid membership to a major residential or commercial development business organization (e.g., NAHB, NAA, etc.).

Qualification and approval for Membership in the Program is at the sole discretion of HH and is contingent upon HH receiving a complete application and approved credentials. Membership is not transferable, and is offered to individuals only. If your firm has multiple designers who will make purchases, each designer must apply individually for membership. HH reserves the right to terminate a member’s eligibility if HH believes, in its sole discretion, that the member has violated the Terms and Conditions herein. HH will notify Members if they are no longer eligible to participate in the Program.

  • Misuse of Membership may result in termination from the program. Misuse includes, without limitation:

  • Resale of merchandise purchased with a trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., any auction website or store)

  • Use of Membership Discount for personal purchases

  • Requests made that violate company policy

  • Transfer of membership or allowing others to use their membership (e.g., sharing the Trade Account credentials with a client)

  • Submitting false, expired, or misleading information in connection with a membership application

Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by emailing tradeprogram@handcraftdhippie.com.

TAX EXEMPTION
Handcraft’d Hippie is required to collect sales and/or use taxes on your purchase unless provided with current, valid exemption certificates for the state where your company’s purchases are shipped. Please note, we are unable to retroactively refund any tax rates on orders placed prior to the approval of your valid exemption certificate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes are given on any purchases. HH is unable to cancel any order than has been made or completed. Our products are handmade in limited quantity, and slight imperfections are normal with these kinds of products. If your merchandise has a significant defect out of the package box (e.g., broken, missing components, etc.), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item along with proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged merchandise. If the merchandise is determined to be defective or damaged on arrival, please return within 7 days of the return authorization. Merchandise sent back to us without a written return authorization from HH will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was accepted. Once approved, we will fix or replace a new one, dependent on stock status, and will ship the replacement item to the original delivery address.
